Job summary

JobItUs in Delhi NCR is seeking a creative Junior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Editor to join our video production team. The role requires editing end-to-end and crafting engaging motion graphics for multiple platforms from our office in Delhi NCR. Remote work is not available.

You will collaborate with directors, designers, and project managers to deliver compelling stories while handling multiple projects with tight timelines. A showreel or portfolio is required with applications.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Understanding of editing principles, storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clean and professional motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of colour correction and sound editing.

Responsibilities

• Edit a wide range of video content including brand films, corporate videos, digital ads, social media videos, reels, explainers, interviews, and promotional content.
• Handle complete video editing including footage selection, sequencing, pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, and final exports.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, titles, lower thirds, transitions, infographics, and basic visual effects.
• Work extensively on Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and briefs into engaging visual stories.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Junior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Editor to join our video production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and visual communication. The core responsibility of this role will be to edit videos from start to finish, while also creating engaging motion graphics and animations wherever required. This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Delhi NCR. Remote working is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit a wide range of video content including brand films, corporate videos, digital ads, social media videos, reels, explainers, interviews, and promotional content.
• Handle complete video editing including footage selection, sequencing, pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, and final exports.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, titles, lower thirds, transitions, infographics, and basic visual effects.
• Work extensively on Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Understand scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual stories.
• Work with raw footage from different cameras and organise project files efficiently.
• Perform basic colour correction, audio balancing, sound design, and video enhancement.
• Incorporate client and internal feedback accurately and within defined timelines.
• Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and digital advertising.
• Collaborate closely with directors, designers, content teams, and project managers.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to interpret feedback and execute revisions efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate/work from Delhi NCR. Good to Have
• Experience working with a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, production house, or branded content team.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI-based video and creative tools would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of social media content trends and short-form video editing.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates must share a showreel or portfolio of their previous video editing and motion graphics work along with their application.
