The Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer who understands the pulse of social media and performance marketing. Your primary focus will be crafting high-impact video content for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) that stops the scroll and drives results.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing for Ads: Edit engaging, concise, and high-converting video content specifically for Meta Ads and social media.
• Graphic Design: Create visually stunning static assets and layouts to support our marketing campaigns.
• Performance Focus: Implement ad-focused editing techniques (hooks, transitions, and CTA placement) to ensure maximum engagement.
• Audio Integration: Incorporate human voiceovers and trending audio to supplement video creatives.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas that align with our aesthetic brand voice.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience.
• Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent). Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator for graphic design is a must.
• Ad-Savvy: Previous experience editing content specifically for performance marketing/Meta Ads is highly preferred.
• Equipment: Must own a laptop capable of handling high-quality video rendering with necessary software installed.
• Location: Ability to work from our office in RMV Stage 2, Bangalore (near New BEL Road).
