Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-performance video editor who can turn provided UGC (User-Generated Content video)) into conversion-driven ad creatives. This role is not about basic edits — it’s about making videos that win on CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversions.

What you’ll do

• Edit videos into high-CTR, performance-focused ad creatives
• Create and optimise videos for short-form & long-form formats
• Work across 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 and platform-specific ad requirements
• Add hooks, pacing, captions, cuts, effects, overlays, and transitions that improve performance
• Integrate AI-powered clips, effects, and workflows where relevant
• Deliver fast, 1–3 days per batch of edits
• Collaborate closely with the content creator and founders

Must-have requirements (non-negotiable)

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio with proven performance results (CTR, ROAS, CPM, conversions)
• Experience editing ads, UGC, or performance marketing creatives
• Proficiency in professional tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.)
• Solid understanding of what works in different aspect ratios
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools and creative AI integrations
• Ability to think from a marketing + conversion lens, not just aesthetics

Nice to have

• Prior experience with D2C / EdTech / performance marketing brands
• Understanding of Meta, Google, and short-form ad ecosystems
