Bombay Musk is seeking a versatile Video Content Creator who can generate AI-powered video content and edit raw footage into polished, high-performing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid campaigns.

You will work across product shoots, UGC, influencer footage, and AI visuals, blending AI-generated clips with real footage to deliver engaging, fast-paced edits with strong hooks and on-brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in video editing and content creation.
• Strong hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Pika).
• Ability to intercut AI-generated visuals with real footage naturally.
• Strong understanding of short-form content structure for Reels, Shorts, and ads.
• Ability to hook viewer attention within the first few seconds.

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Video Content Creator who can both generate AI-powered video content and edit raw, real-shot footage into polished, high-performing content. You'll work across product shoots, UGC, influencer footage, and AI-generated visuals to produce content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, source, or receive raw video footage (product shoots, UGC, influencer content) and edit it into finished, publish-ready videos
• Generate AI video content and visuals to supplement or enhance raw footage
• Seamlessly blend AI-generated clips with real footage for a cohesive final product
• Edit for short-form platforms — strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, music, and sound design
• Colour grade and correct raw footage to match brand aesthetic
• Create multiple content variations for organic social and performance marketing
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on briefs, scripts, and campaign ideas
• Organise and manage raw footage, AI assets, and project files
• Stay current with AI video tools, editing trends, and short-form content formats
• Deliver quick turnarounds without compromising quality

Requirements

Must Have

• 1+ years of experience in video editing and content creation
• Strong hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve for editing raw footage
• Working knowledge of AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Pika, or similar)
• Ability to intercut AI-generated visuals with real footage naturally
• Strong understanding of short-form content structure for Reels, Shorts, and ads
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to hook viewer attention within the first few seconds
• Comfortable working with both shot footage and AI-only content

Good to Have

• Basic videography/shooting skills (for capturing raw content when needed)
• After Effects / motion graphics knowledge
• Colour grading experience
• Experience in D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Scriptwriting or concept ideation skills
