Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve the end-to-end exchange platform.
• Design scalable systems for spot, futures, and options trading.
• Work closely with trading, backend, frontend, and infra teams.
• Build market data pipelines and risk systems.
• Collaborate with trading, backend, frontend and infra teams.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
• Support low-latency and HFT-style integrations (C++).
• Define architectural standards, docs and best practices.
• Transform and refine the exchange platform end-to-end.
• Tackle performance bottlenecks and system boundaries.
• Integrate C++-based HFT components for low-latency needs.

We’re building and scaling a high-performance centralized cryptocurrency exchange and are looking for a Solution Architect who understands trading systems, crypto infrastructure, and real-world system limits. This is a hands‑on architecture role for someone who can design low-latency, high-throughput platforms supporting spot, futures, and options trading.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and evolve the end-to-end exchange platform
• Design scalable systems for: Spot, futures & options trading
• Order management and matching engines
• Market data pipelines & risk systems
• Work closely with trading, backend, frontend, and infra teams
• Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and system limitations
• Support low‑latency and HFT‑style integrations (C++ systems)
• Define architectural standards, documentation, and best practices
• This includes designing and transformingthe entire exchange platform.
• Spot and tackle performance bottlenecks and system boundaries
• C++ system integrations with HFT and low‑latency style support

What You Bring

• Design of distributed, high throughput systems
