Job Title

Vice President, Servicing (Private Wealth)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the servicing function in the Bangalore office, supporting six core verticals: Sales Enablement, Research, Analytics, Marketing, Servicing, and Administrative Services.
• Provide scaled support to the global Private Wealth business.
• Partner with onshore leadership and functional teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution aligned with evolving priorities.
• Manage junior staff, including those within the Investor Services team.
• Oversee onboarding of funds onto service provider/distributor platforms.
• Support resolution and escalation of operational inquiries related to subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and account maintenance.
• Liaise with third‑party service providers, including overseeing periodic sampling of outputs to ensure adherence to Blackstone standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of servicing processes and deliverables.
• Partner with Private Wealth stakeholders to align servicing priorities with business needs.
• Serve as trusted escalation point for complex, sensitive, or time‑critical servicing matters.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance with a strong academic record.
• 10+ years of experience in investor services, client servicing, operations, or related roles within financial services, asset management, or wealth management.
• Experience leading servicing or operations teams in a global delivery model.
• Strong understanding of investor onboarding, client servicing, and fund operations processes.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• “Can do” attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
