Job summary

SpoctoX in Mumbai seeks a Vice President, Sales to lead regional revenue growth across Platform, AI EE and EN motion, and to build a 2–4 regional manager team.

You will develop and sustain key BFSI accounts, drive new business and cross-sell, run weekly pipeline reviews, coordinate with Presales, and ensure CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the BFSI / Fintech.
• Strong regional network across banks and NBFCs.
• Exposure to SaaS or AI-powered products a plus.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional revenue target (Platform + AI EE and EN motion)
• Build and manage 2–4 Regional Managers in the zone
