Job summary

HSBC India in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Relationship Manager for Business Banking/MSME clients. You will deepen existing relationships and acquire new ones, helping the bank grow its asset and liability portfolio in the busy Bengaluru market.

You will evaluate financial statements, assess credit risk, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to seize incremental business opportunities. A graduate degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking industry.
• Experience managing Business Banking/MSME client relationships in Bengaluru/Bangalore market.
• Understanding of financial statements and basic credit assessment.
• Ability to acquire new clients in MSME space for the bank.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
• Graduate degree is a mandate.

Principal Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to have following skills to deliver the objective –

• Experience of 5 years & above in banking industry
• Experience of managing relationship of Business Banking/ MSME clients in Bangalore market
• Understanding of financial statements & basic understanding of credit assessment
• Skill to acquire new clients in MSME space for the bank
• Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
• Graduate Degree is a mandate
