Job summary

Purechase India in India is seeking a senior R&D leader to guide the transition from lab research to commercial production of advanced battery materials.

You will lead R&D strategy, develop battery materials, and build/mentor a strong scientific team while driving the technology roadmap and collaborating with customers, partners and regulators.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in R&D, with a PhD or MTech in relevant fields and experience in cathode and precursor materials.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of R&D experience.
• PhD preferred / MTech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Electrochemistry.
• Experience in battery materials, cathode materials, precursor materials.
