Qualifications

• At least one mega structural infrastructure project led in a leadership role.
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex EPC or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of major infrastructure projects involving National Highways, Airports, Railways, Flyovers, and other large structural works.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery with quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, optimize resource utilization, and drive operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership in project planning, risk management, contract execution, and commercial coordination.
• Mentor project leadership teams and establish best practices across project execution.

This strategic role is ideal for an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale structural infrastructure projects.

Position: Vice President Projects (Highways / Airports / Railways / Bridges).

Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Managing Director (MD)

Location - Gurugram - Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of major infrastructure projects involving National Highways, Airports, Railways, Flyovers, and other large structural works.
• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, optimize resource utilization, and drive operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership in project planning, risk management, contract execution, and commercial coordination.
• Mentor project leadership teams and establish best practices across project execution.

Essential Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience in river bridge construction, including:
  • Well foundations in deep, fast-flowing rivers.
  • Large-diameter pile foundations.
  • Segmental girder casting and launching.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Client coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Resource planning and management.
  • Project management, planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Quality, safety, and contractual compliance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Successful completion of at least one mega structural infrastructure project in a leadership role.
• B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex EPC or infrastructure projects with excellence.
