BNY in Pune seeks a Vice President for Middleware Messaging Production Services to lead the MQ infrastructure and production operations. You will manage MQ across appliances, Linux, and containers, drive security, incident resolution, and proactive monitoring in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth production deployments and strong change management.

Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on production services experience managing IBM MQ deployments across appliances, Unix servers, and containers.
- 7+ years in Transport Layer Security, certificate management, LDAP onboarding and service account management.
- Knowledge of MQIPT, network connectivity, and external MQ connectivity management is a plus.
- Experience with MQ clusters, high availability, and disaster recovery setups.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Splunk and Moog is advantageous.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence for project tracking and doc management.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Middleware Messaging to join our Infrastructure Platform Team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage the MQ Infrastructure deployed across different platforms such as MQ Appliance, Linux and Containers
- Implement and Maintain Security enhancements across the infrastructure.
- Investigate, Manage and Drive solutions to incidents, for critical business functions and ensure timely restoration of services.
- Work towards improving the monitoring of the plant and providing pro‑active support to a fast‑paced high‑quality environment.
- Ensure proper change management for smooth production deployment.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 7+ years Hands‑On experience in a Production Services role or similar managing IBM MQ deployments across various platforms such as Appliances, Unix Servers and Containers.
- 7+ years of strong technical experience in Transport Layer Security, Certificate management, LDAP onboarding, Service Account management.
- Knowledge about MQIPT, Network Connectivity management and experience in working MQ external connectivity management is a plus.
- Experience and Knowledge on MQ clusters, High Availability and Disaster Recovery setups.
