  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, and operational requirements affecting network infrastructure.
  • Managing the Secure Systems Development Lifecycle for network-related solutions and services.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Support Manager to join our TSG team. This role is located in Pune. BNY is seeking a Network IT Service Manager to oversee the delivery, stability, security, and continuous improvement of network infrastructure services. This role is responsible for ensuring the organization’s network environment and associated platforms remain reliable, compliant, secure, and cost-effective in support of business operations. The successful candidate will lead key service management activities across network, infrastructure reliability, IT asset lifecycle management, vendor oversight, financial management, vulnerability remediation, and regulatory compliance. This role will partner closely with infrastructure teams, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and strengthen operational resilience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT service management, preferably supporting network infrastructure and enterprise services.
  • Experience in infrastructure operations, service delivery, and support for network environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT asset inventories and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Proven experience in IT financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, or cost control.
  • Strong understanding of network security, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud, data center, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
  • Relevant certifications in IT service management, networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
