Job summary

BNY seeks a Vice President, Production Services Application Support in Pune to lead support for the Folio Investment Management Platform. The role requires a strong SQL background and experience in a fast-paced, user-facing environment.

The candidate will supervise stakeholder relations, manage dependencies, and prioritise new work with a structured, resource-aware approach while resolving conflicts professionally. This is a senior, on-site leadership position in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Min 9+ years of experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Folio Investment Management Platform in a fast-paced, user-facing role.
• Provide robust application support with a structured approach to new work prioritisation.
• Assess impact of technical advice on actual requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and resource allocation in a highly technical environment.
• Resolve conflicts while maintaining professional relationships and service quality.

JOB DESCRIPTIONWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join our insights investment team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• proven track record supporting the think Folio Investment Management Platform
• Proven track record of providing support in a fast-paced, user-facing role
• Strong SQL essential with any knowledge of Cadis, Control M, QlikView and Reporting Services advantageous
• Structured approach to identification, definition and prioritisation of new work
• Ability to make best use of available resources and identify where external or 3rd party resources are required
• Can understand advice given from technical specialists and assess the impact in relation to actual requirements
• Ability to work with incomplete information and to determine dependencies and constraints, likely to be of a highly technical nature
• Deals confidently with conflict, able to maintain a strong professional relationship whilst resolving difficult problems

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
