One of India's Leading Wealth Management Companies in Gurugram is seeking a VP Product Operations to lead end-to-end product operations across a diverse investment and protection portfolio.

The role requires 15+ years in Financial Services Operations, with 5+ years in leadership, and deep exposure to mutual funds, stock broking, insurance, NPS, and other investment products. You will drive automation, regulatory governance, and scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations, Wealth Management, Broking, or Asset Management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-product operations and large cross-functional teams.
• Solid exposure to Mutual Funds, Stock Broking, Insurance, NPS, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and other investment products.
• Experience in product implementation, operational transformation, digital initiatives, and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational governance, audits, and risk management.
• Experience working with Product, Technology, Business, Compliance, and external ecosystem partners.
