Job summary

TaskUs India Private Limited is seeking a visionary Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our BPO operations across locations.

You will shape the strategic direction, drive growth, and ensure exceptional client delivery through agile processes and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the COO and other executive team members to develop and implement the company's overall business strategy
• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the BPO sector
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all service lines and locations
• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and best practices
• Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments
• Manage and optimize resource allocation to meet client demands and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations
• Address and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively
• Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage operational budgets
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to drive operational improvements
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
• Stay abreast of technological advancements in the BPO industry
