Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Facilities Manager in Indore to oversee building operations, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will supervise staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for a busy, modern campus.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related trade.
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Soft skills: Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Education: High school diploma or technical/vocational certification; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: Inspect buildings regularly, manage routine work orders, and run preventive maintenance programs.
• Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, train staff, and monitor the performance of maintenance or custodial crews.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with outside contractors, oversee project progress, and review service quality.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce local building codes, safety rules, and environmental regulations.
• Budget Support: Track facility expenses, manage inventory, and assist with cost-effective purchasing.
