Qualifications

• MBA preferred with work experience in similar field (10+ years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong team player.
• Fluency in English and local language.

What this job involves

• Business Development–
  • Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets (commercial office space)
  • These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
  • Research on corporates looking at starting operations / expansion through internet, news papers, cold calling and other sources
  • Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Mangers in the group
  • Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements
  • Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
• Support Transaction Services–
  • Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
  • Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions
  • Preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including coordination with offshore teams and clients
  • Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.

Key Skills

• MBA preferred with work experience in similar field about 10 years and above
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Should be a team player Must be fluent in local language and English
• Source new supply of commercial office space for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software – Market Link
• Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date
• Build, maintain, support and validate primary and secondary databases to be used to support our sales efforts and pipeline management for the region.
• Ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
