Job description

Neocambrian AI is building the data infrastructure for physical AI. We design and operate capture systems that turn real-world human activity into model-usable physical experience for leading robotics companies and frontier AI labs.

Our ability to scale depends on access to the physical world.

We are hiring a Network Growth Lead to build the industrial network through which our hardware and operators enter factories, warehouses, workshops, and other real-world environments across India.

You will create access, convert relationships into live collection operations, and help establish Neocambrian as a visible and trusted company across industrial India.

You may spend one morning making the commercial case to a factory owner and the afternoon working with a plant supervisor and our operations team to resolve the practical details required to launch collection on the floor.

You will own the relationship from the first introduction to signed access, site readiness, launch, and a partnership that expands over time.

What you will own

What you will own
  • Factory access across India: Build and manage a qualified network of manufacturing and industrial partners, with density in the clusters, industries, and task environments that matter most.
  • Partnership conversion: Own the complete journey from first contact and commercial agreement through site assessment, operational readiness, launch, and handoff into productive collection.
  • Cluster expansion: Map the industrial landscape, identify the right associations and connectors, and determine where Neocambrian should build depth rather than scatter its efforts.
  • Operational scale: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that factory access turns into reliable, repeatable data collection—not partnerships that exist only on paper.
  • A repeatable growth system: Build partner playbooks, onboarding standards, objection-handling processes, reference loops, pipeline discipline, and reporting systems that make every new site easier to open than the last.
  • Visibility and reputation: Build Neocambrian’s presence across industrial associations, owner networks, ecosystem partners, events, and relevant public channels. Help turn our work in the field into credible stories, case studies, and partnerships that attract the next opportunity.
  • Market intelligence: Develop a clear understanding of what manufacturers care about, what prevents them from granting access, and what Neocambrian can offer that makes a long-term partnership valuable to them.
Who you are
  • You have approximately 5–7 years of experience building supply-side networks, partner channels, industrial business development, distributed operations, or B2B relationships where physical access and trust matter.
  • You have spent meaningful time in factories, warehouses, workshops, logistics networks, or other industrial environments. You understand that access in this world is rarely won through a cold email alone.
  • You can build trust with a factory owner, communicate effectively with a plant director, and work practically with a supervisor or operator on the floor.
  • You are commercially sharp but operationally grounded. You do not consider the job complete when an agreement is signed; you stay close until the site is live and productive.
  • You can manage a large number of relationships and moving parts without losing attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable with frequent travel across India and prefer being in the field to managing the entire function from a desk.
  • You think like a dealmaker, operate like a programme owner, and want your work measured in sites opened, production enabled, and reputation compounded.
What helps

Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, logistics infrastructure, supply networks, B2B partnerships, field operations, or marketplace supply will be particularly valuable.

Existing relationships with factory owners, industrial associations, cluster bodies, or manufacturing ecosystem partners are a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
