You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of M&A deals, IPOs, and private equity placements, ensuring seamless execution from origination to closure. Working closely with C-suite executives, institutional investors, and regulatory bodies, you will act as a strategic advisor, shaping the financial trajectory of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management. Required Skillset

• Exceptional proficiency in advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
• Strong command over regulatory frameworks and compliance standards, ensuring all transactions meet stringent legal and market requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, coupled with the interpersonal finesse required to navigate high-pressure negotiations with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling the clear articulation of value propositions to institutional clients and internal leadership.
• A postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA from a premier institute, or a professional qualification like CA/CFA is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, maintaining high levels of productivity and professional presence.
