Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a VP/Leadership - M&A IB to drive mergers and acquisitions, investments and fundraising transactions in Indore. You will lead execution teams, prepare materials, build financial models and manage due diligence end-to-end.

The role requires 10–12 years in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Private Equity, CA/MBA, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Formación

• CA or MBA required.
• 10–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Private Equity.
• Strong understanding of investment banking and M&A.
• Experience of end-to-end deal closure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution and day-to-day project management.
• Prepare and review marketing materials, financial models, and valuations.
• Screen targets and buyers/investors; coordinate data rooms and due diligence.
• Negotiate definitive agreements and manage client requirements.
• Build financial models and sector/market analyses.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.

VP/Leadership - M&A IB

Job Description:

Integral part of the team and work on mergers & acquisition, investments / fundraising transactions, etc.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Execution transactions: lead execution team in preparation of marketing materials/ collateral, financial modelling and valuation analysis, target and buyer/ investor screening, data-room management, due diligence co-ordination, negotiating definitive agreements, manage client requirements, lead entire end to end transaction
• Business development initiatives: sector mapping in different industries, preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analyses, lead generation screening of potential M&A targets / buyers, assist in identifying opportunities, preparing pitch-books, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution and day-to-day project management
• Execute deliverables within set time lines
• Creating financial analyses(build financial models, valuation analysis, sector comparison ,merger modelling, corporate finance solutions, etc.)
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios
• Prepare Information Memorandum and other deliverables as per requirement
• Evaluate different capital structures and potential equity and debt capital market transactions or M&A transactions
• Research and analysis of markets and industries
• Keeping abreast of market information /deals & share relevant information
• Complete coordination with internal and external members to deliver projects on time
• Lead due diligence & manage queries as may be required

Role Requirement:

• Education CA/ MBA
• Should be able to join soon
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance /Investment Banking/ Private Equity
• Strong understanding of investment banking and M&A
• Experience of end-to-end deal closure
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute own ideas and work autonomously
