Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a VP/Leadership - M&A IB to drive mergers & acquisitions, investments and fundraising transactions in a dynamic team.

You will lead execution, manage cross-functional teams, build detailed financial models, prepare Information Memorandums, evaluate capital structures, and coordinate due diligence to close deals end-to-end. 10–12 years in Corporate Finance/IB/PE required.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA with 10–12 years in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking/Private Equity.
• Strong understanding of investment banking and M&A.
• End-to-end deal closure experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution team in marketing materials, financial modelling and valuation analysis.
• Screen targets and buyers/investors; manage data rooms and due diligence.
• Negotiate definitive agreements and coordinate client requirements.
• Lead business development: sector mapping, market analyses and pitch books.
• Provide project management and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

VP/Leadership - M&A IB

Job Description:

Integral part of the team and work on mergers & acquisition, investments / fundraising transactions, etc.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Execution transactions: lead execution team in preparation of marketing materials/ collateral, financial modelling and valuation analysis, target and buyer/ investor screening, data-room management, due diligence co-ordination, negotiating definitive agreements, manage client requirements, lead entire end to end transaction
• Business development initiatives: sector mapping in different industries, preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analyses, lead generation screening of potential M&A targets / buyers, assist in identifying opportunities, preparing pitch-books, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution and day-to-day project management
• Execute deliverables within set time lines
• Creating financial analyses(build financial models, valuation analysis, sector comparison ,merger modelling, corporate finance solutions, etc.)
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios
• Prepare Information Memorandum and other deliverables as per requirement
• Evaluate different capital structures and potential equity and debt capital market transactions or M&A transactions
• Research and analysis of markets and industries
• Keeping abreast of market information /deals & share relevant information
• Complete coordination with internal and external members to deliver projects on time
• Lead due diligence & manage queries as may be required

Role Requirement:

• Education CA/ MBA
• Should be able to join soon
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance /Investment Banking/ Private Equity
• Strong understanding of investment banking and M&A
