Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Mumbai is seeking a senior operations leader with deep experience in Investment Banking and Global Markets Operations. You will own end-to-end trade lifecycle activities, oversee settlements, confirmations, SSI validation, and risk controls, driving efficiency and accuracy across the function.

Leading global teams across AEJ, EMEA and US, you will shape transformation programs, partner with senior stakeholders, and leverage automation, AI and data analytics to deliver

Qualifications

• 14-15+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / Global Markets Operations.
• Strong product and trade lifecycle knowledge with proven leadership.
• Risk & controls minded with executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Experience with process transformation, automation, AI or data analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTC derivatives settlements and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Manage trade confirmation, settlement, and SSI validation processes.
• Lead resolution of fails/breaks and reconciliation activities.
• Drive global transformation initiatives across AEJ/EMEA/US with automation.
