Vice President – Enterprise Security (Data Security Engineer)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Lead to oversee the Data Security program, with focus on encryption, PKI, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). You will lead the Data Security DLP and Encryption teams, embed automation in encryption processes, implement robust security controls, and ensure data protection across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Encryption & DLP teams, define standards, and manage PKI infrastructure.
• Drive data security requirements across architecture, infrastructure, and new initiatives.
• Implement and manage DLP policies and encryption lifecycle automation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, and SOC teams to enhance overall data protection.
• Manage supplier relationships, budgets, and deliverables for encryption and security tools.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in Cybersecurity, DLP, data classification, and encryption; 5+ years in technology roles (system integration, development, scripting).
• Skills: PKI management, cryptography, DLP/CASB tools, Python/PowerShell scripting, SQL, Regex, threat intelligence.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in CS/IT or related fields; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, Security+) are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
