Job summary

Three Across is seeking an accomplished engineering and delivery leader to head and scale a multidisciplinary organization of roughly 700 professionals supporting global Operations. The role focuses on owning end-to-end delivery performance, operational excellence, and financial discipline across telecom-driven programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in engineering services, telecom, utilities, infrastructure or global delivery operations.
• Proven experience leading large organizations of 700+ FTEs across multiple functions or customer programs.
• Strong exposure to global clients, financial management, operational governance and organizational transformation.
• Experience in GCCs, Global Delivery Centers or Engineering Services organizations preferred.
