Job summary
H&B Hr Solutions in Mumbai seeks a senior VP Compliance Regulatory & Testing to lead regulatory compliance and testing initiatives in NBFC/BFSI. The role requires 12+ years of experience, deep RBI/SEBI/IRDAI expertise, and strong stakeholder management.
You will shape testing frameworks, drive risk remediation, and supervise a high-performing team. Strategic oversight of regulatory reporting, policy and SOP reviews, and senior management reporting will be part of the remit, with a focus on risk
Qualifications
- 12+ years of senior compliance experience in NBFC/BFSI
- Strong expertise in Regulatory Compliance & Compliance Testing
- Experience interpreting RBI/SEBI/IRDAI circulars
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders
- People-management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee RBI/SEBI/IRDAI regulatory compliance
- Interpret regulatory circulars and ensure implementation
- Lead compliance testing frameworks and methodologies
- Identify risk and control gaps and drive remediation
- Review policies/SOPs and prepare regulatory reporting
