Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Compliance and Risk leader in India to drive strategic initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment across the business. The role demands deep knowledge of governance, risk management principles, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to enhance controls, map processes, and disseminate best practices, fostering a culture of compliance while supporting growth through robust FLC framework deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably with accounting.
• 10+ years in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles.
• Proven experience with three-line risk governance model and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in process mapping, controls design, and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication, analytic, and presentation skills.

• Work with various stakeholders to improve risk detection and mitigation and fix design gaps.
• Contribute to defining compliance requirements for new and emerging businesses and domains.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably with accounting)
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory functions
• Strong understanding of the three-line organizational compliance model
• Proven experience engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience in process mapping and identifying inefficiencies or risks.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in using governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks and implement controls.
• Data-driven approach to compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of digital and IT compliance risks and concepts.
• Soft Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
