Its four-step methodology covers threat and risk assessment, protection and safety, crisis management and emergency services, and training. VS4 provides services such as manned guarding, executive protection, electronic surveillance, IT security, intrusion testing, and specialized security for workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, residential complexes, and events. Role Description

The Vice President at VS4 Security & Services Pvt Ltd will provide strategic leadership across security operations, crisis management, and client service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East, responsible for overseeing key accounts, ensuring high-quality execution of security programs, and aligning services with client business needs. The role includes developing and implementing security strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes and budgets for threat assessment, protection, and emergency response. The Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth, build partnerships, and support new service offerings, while maintaining strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include performance management, stakeholder communication, risk reviews, and mentoring mid-level managers to build organizational capability.

Role: Own end-to-end operations - manpower, compliance, client retention & P&L across all sites.

• Training, SOPs & quality standards
• Guard tracking, biometric & payroll tech adoption

Requirements

• 12-18+ yrs in security/facility/manpower services (4-5 yrs in senior leadership)
• Managed 500-2000+ guard workforce, multi-site
• Strong PSARA Act & labour law knowledge
• P&L accountability experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in security operations, risk management, or crisis management, preferably in corporate or defence related environments.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, including team building, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities to design and implement effective security and business continuity programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, partners, and internal leadership.
• Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and process optimisation for large or complex operations.
• Understanding of physical security, electronic surveillance, IT security, and regulatory requirements relevant to corporate and public environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East and engage directly with clients and operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, security studies, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPP, CISSP, risk management) are an advantage.
• Background in the armed forces, law enforcement, or corporate security is highly desirable, along with experience handling high-risk or crisis situations.
