Job summary

Monitoring Technologies in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh seeks a contract engineer to perform vibration analysis and condition monitoring at the site. You will interpret results to identify machine faults and prepare actionable reports for plant personnel.

The role requires familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, and laser alignment, plus Level 2 Vibration Analysis certification or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Knowledge of pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, turbines, couplings, motors.
• Level 2 certification in Vibration Analysis from MOBIUS / VIBRATION INSTITUTE USA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Dynamics and engineering basics.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform vibration analysis, condition monitoring and interpret results to identify machine faults at the site.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform Vibration analysis, Condition Monitoring Activities, and Analysis and interpret results to identify machine faults and defects at the site.
• Familiarity with Predictive maintenance technologies such as Vibration Analysis, Dynamic Balancing, and laser alignment is MUST.
• Fault analysis, Develop reports, and submit findings to plant personnel.
• Understand the products, which include vibration analyzers, meters, modal analysis software.
• Commissioning and training of these products to customers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Prepare reports and send them to the office.
• Level 2 certification in Vibration Analysis from MOBIUS / VIBRATION INSTITUTE U.S.A preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for candidates who can work on a contract role for an esteemed organization at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
• Accredited bachelor's Degree required with preference to Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferred: Basic mechanical knowledge of pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, turbines, couplings, and motors.
• Level 2 certification in Vibration Analysis from MOBIUS / VIBRATION INSTITUTE U.S.A, or equivalent experience. Related experience in Vibration Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Dynamics.
