Job summary

RGBSI in Hyderabad, India seeks a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 4+ years in condition monitoring, vibration and lubrication analysis. You will diagnose faults in gearboxes, bearings and lubrication systems, perform RCFA, analyze spectra and waveforms, and present findings clearly in reports.

The role requires Level II vib/lub cert and strong data acquisition knowledge; you will work with predictive maintenance tools and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• M.E./M.Tech./B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Level II Certification in Vibration and/or Lubrication analysis.

Qualifications

• M.E/M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech. - Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
• Level II Certification in Vibration and/or Lubrication analysis

Competencies 4+ years of industry experience in Condition Monitoring, including Vibration Analysis and Lubrication/Oil Analysis.

Strong working knowledge of vibration analysis techniques, spectrum interpretation, waveform analysis, and data acquisition systems.

Solid understanding of drivetrain components (gearboxes, generators, bearings) and associated failure modes related to both vibration and lubrication issues.

Knowledge in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), correlating vibration, operational data, and physical evidence.

Knowledge in diagnosing mechanical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing defects, gear mesh issues, and lubrication-related failures.

Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools.

Experienced in communicating results through clear technical reports and presentations. Proactive, structured, self-motivated, reliable, communicative, and open-minded.
