Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Verification Validation Engineer in Bengaluru to contribute to safety-critical software verification and DO-178C compliance. You will work on software verification cases, HSIT procedures, and integration testing in a fast-paced engineering team.

The role emphasizes strong Python skills, SDLC/Agile practices, and rigorous configuration management to maintain software integrity and certification readiness. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in safety-critical domain, preferably aerospace, with DO-178C verification experience.
• Experience developing Software Verification Cases and HSIT procedures.
• Strong Python proficiency for verification activities.
• Ability to debug test cases and software issues when tests fail.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, configuration management and change control.
• Familiarity with software certification documents.
• Maintain integrity and work ethics within the team.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Verification Validation Engineer with strong expertise in DO178 and involved in Software Verification Cases and Procedure Hardware Software Integration testing to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in safety critical domain (preferably aerospace domain) and experience in software verification as per DO178 C Guidelines.
• Experience developing Software Verification Cases and Procedure HSIT (Hardware Software Integration testing).
• Strong in Python language (for supporting Verification and validation activities).
• Debugging test case and potential software issues when tests fail.
• Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies, Configuration Management and Change Control Process.
• Understanding of software certification documents.
• Maintain integrity and work ethics within the team.
