Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Verification Engineer (Xilinx Software Tools / FPGA Verification) with 1-6 years of experience for a 12-month contract.

You will verify and validate Xilinx software tools and FPGA development flows, develop test plans, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust validation. Responsibilities include end-to-end system validation, hardware configuration, on-board testing, and maintaining high-coverage regression suites.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of relevant experience in verification or FPGA domains.
• Experience with Xilinx tools and FPGA development flows.
• Ability to design and execute test plans and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate Xilinx software tools and FPGA development flows.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and verification methodologies for new features.
• Perform end-to-end system validation including hardware configuration and on-board testing.
• Develop efficient test automation environments and maintain high-coverage regression suites.
• Debug failures across software components, hardware, IPs, simulation, and tool flows.
• Perform root-cause analysis, reproduce failures, report issues, and verify fixes.
• Identify defects, escalate as needed, and support quality improvements.

• Verify and validate Xilinx software tools and FPGA development flows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and cross-site stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and verification methodologies for new software features.
• Perform end-to-end system validation, including hardware configuration and on-board testing.
• Develop efficient test automation environments and maintain high-coverage regression suites.
• Debug failures involving multiple software components, hardware, IPs, simulation, and tool flows.
• Perform root-cause analysis, problem recreation, failure reporting, and verification of fixes.
• Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation, tracking, and closure.
• Work with software development teams to improve validation methodologies and overall software quality.
• Develop unit-level test cases and automation scripts to ensure quality and reliability of software tools.
• Perform on-board debugging and validation of FPGA-based systems.
