Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a Venture Research & Thought Leadership Lead to drive venture scouting, ecosystem strategy, and innovation intelligence. You will analyze emerging technologies and startups to identify collaboration opportunities and publish high-quality thought leadership with ecosystem stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, plus experience in venture research or innovation strategy. On-site, full-time position based in Bengaluru East.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in venture research, innovation strategy, consulting, or tech research.
• Experience working with corporate ventures, accelerators, or VC ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven thought leadership and publication experience.
• MBA/Master’s preferred with strong business + tech orientation.
