Job summary

Andor Tech is seeking a Vena Implementation Consultant in Hyderabad to guide organizations through deploying, configuring, and optimizing Vena Solutions, an Excel-native CPM platform.

You will lead discovery workshops, build data models and workflows, integrate ERP data, and design management reports for finance teams and executives. Training and ongoing support ensure clients can operate post-launch, with close collaboration to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience with Vena Solutions or similar CPM platforms.
• Strong Excel proficiency due to Excel-based interface.
• Ability to gather requirements and map business processes.
• Effective communication across Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to map processes, models and reports.
• Configure Vena data models, templates, dimensions, and approval workflows.
• Integrate data from source systems (ERP) to automate actuals data loads.
• Design management reports and dashboards for finance and executives.
• Deliver hands-on training so client admins can operate post-launch.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet milestones within scope.

A Vena Implementation Consultant is expected to guide organizations through deploying, configuring, and optimizing Vena Solutions, an Excel-native Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to map out business processes, financial models, and reporting needs.
• System Configuration: Build and configure data models, financial templates, dimensions, and automated approval workflows within Vena.
• Data Integration: Connect Vena with source systems like ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) to automate actuals data loads.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design management reports, variance analysis tools, and dynamic dashboards for finance teams and executives.
• User Enablement & Training: Deliver hands-on training so client administrators and end-users can independently run and maintain the platform post-launch.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project milestones are hit on schedule and within scope.

Key Skills Required

• Financial & FP&A Knowledge: Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and reporting processes.
• Excel Expertise: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, as Vena relies on an Excel interface.
