Job summary
Vena Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Developer for our Web Engineering team in Pune, onsite five days a week. You will design, build, and maintain front end features for our core platform, collaborating with designers, PMs, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive experiences.
You should have 3–5 years in front end development, strong React and TypeScript skills, and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and performance best practices. Exposure to AI-driven tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

This role requires to work from Pune office 5days a week.
As a Senior Software Developer on the Web Engineering team, you will be part of the Core Engineering team building, maintaining, and evolving the front end systems that power Vena's platform and serve thousands of customers. This role is a match for you if you love crafting high-quality user interfaces, care deeply about the end-user experience, and are comfortable working across both established and newer parts of the codebase to incrementally improve a product that real users depend on every day.

- 3-5 years of experience in front end software development
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience working with and maintaining a design system
- Comfort working in and contributing to large, established codebases
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front end performance best practices
- Prior experience in a Scrum / Agile environment
- Self-motivated and self-directed with a passion for building great user experiences
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
- Experience with Backbone.js is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Experience with front end testing frameworks such as Playwright (Storybook and Selenium a plus)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and how front end and back end systems integrate
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline and/or equivalent experience
Base salary range is 20,90,815 - 28,28,750 INR
