Job summary

Expleo in India is seeking an Automotive engineer to join the team transforming mobility, focusing on autonomous vehicles, electric mobility and digitalisation.

You will work on upstream process engineering studies, 3D modelling and simulations, and support for physical builds, with 2–5 years’ experience and CATIA/Enovia/SpaceVision expertise.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma required.
• Expertise in CATIA / Enovia / SpaceVision / Process Simulator / Unigraphics.
• Sound knowledge in vehicle assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Experience in upstream process engineering studies for Trim & Chassis projects (digital examination, 3D modelling & simulation, Operation sheet creation, process requirement checks).
• Perform part trajectory study / equipment examination / 3D simulation / 3D modelling / upstream process studies / operation sheet creation / process benchmarking / process reqt check as per schedule.
• Carry out digital study of TC Facility.
• Support for physical builds on line - I&C, process stabilisation, handover, sign-off.
