Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Veeva Vault RIM Support Engineer to maintain and optimize Veeva Vault RIM and related platforms across global regulatory operations. The role ensures system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver validated, audit-ready solutions, handle incident management, platform validation, and release activities while adhering to GxP requirements and SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Experience supporting or administering Veeva Vault applications, preferably Veeva Vault RIM.
• Strong understanding of regulatory affairs processes in pharma or life sciences.
• Solid knowledge of GxP regulations and validated computer systems.
• Experience in IT application support, platform administration, or product management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for global teams.
• Proactive, customer-focused and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of Veeva Vault applications, audit- and inspection-ready.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Veeva Vault RIM and related platforms.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver compliant solutions.
• Analyze regulatory processes and recommend improvements via system enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and support Veeva Vault while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support lifecycle activities including upgrades, testing, validation, release management, and changes.
• Ensure documentation, validation, and processes meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the Veeva platform ecosystem.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management.

Job Title: Veeva Vault RIM Support Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Veeva Vault RIM Support Engineer to support and enhance business-critical Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platforms. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of Veeva Vault applications that support global Regulatory Affairs and Quality business functions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant, and innovative technology solutions that enable efficient regulatory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical Veeva Vault applications, keeping them audit- and inspection-ready.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Veeva Vault RIM and related platforms.
• Collaborate closely with global business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze regulatory business processes and recommend improvements through system enhancements and process optimization.
• Configure, maintain, and support Veeva Vault solutions while ensuring compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements.
• Support platform lifecycle activities, including system upgrades, testing, validation, release management, and change implementation.
• Ensure system documentation, validation, and operational processes meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation across the Veeva platform ecosystem.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering Veeva Vault applications, preferably Veeva Vault RIM.
• Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs business processes within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and validated computer systems.
• Experience with IT application support, platform administration, or product management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Veeva Vault certifications (Platform, RIM, eTMF, Quality, or related modules).
• Experience with system validation, SDLC, change management, and ITIL processes.
• Exposure to integrations between Veeva Vault and enterprise applications.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
