Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced Veeam Backup Administrator to manage enterprise backup environments and provide L2/L3 support. The role requires hands-on expertise with Veeam Backup & Replication, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with Veeam Support on escalations.

Responsibilities include upgrades, patching, maintenance, and ensuring integration with Tape Libraries, SAN storage, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Veeam Administration.
• Strong experience in Veeam Backup & Replication.
• L2/L3 Support experience (L1 Monitoring profiles not considered).
• Expertise in backup failure troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with backup upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Hands-on experience with Tape Libraries and storage environments.
• Experience integrating backup solutions with AWS and/or Azure.
• Ability to handle escalations and coordinate with Veeam Support teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale backup infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise backup environments using Veeam.
• Troubleshoot backup failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate escalations with Veeam Support and internal teams.

We are looking for an experienced Veeam Backup Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise backup environments and advanced troubleshooting. Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Veeam Administration
• Strong experience in Veeam Backup & Replication
• L2/L3 Support experience (L1 Monitoring profiles will not be considered)
• Expertise in backup failure troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Experience with backup upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
• Hands-on experience with Tape Libraries (MSL, StoreOnce, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAN connectivity and storage environments
• Experience integrating backup solutions with AWS and/or Azure
• Ability to handle escalations and coordinate with Veeam Support teams
• Experience managing enterprise-scale backup infrastructures
