Job summary

DigiGrain Solutions Private Limited is seeking a field operations leader to manage a team of Grain managers across a cluster in Guntur district. The role emphasizes SOP adherence, security deployment, and meticulous inventory control.

The ideal candidate is an MBA with 3–5 years in agri warehousing, fluent in English/Hindi/local language, and willing to travel extensively within the cluster. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post graduate MBA preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Agri warehousing or related field.
• Good written and spoken skills in English, Hindi and local language of the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team of Grain managers implementing SOPs in the assigned cluster.
• Deploy and monitor security at operational godowns per SOPs.
• Track commodity inwards and outwards, maintain timely records.
• Monitor health of commodities in warehouses and initiating prophylactic treatments.
• Conduct audits at all godowns and document observations.
• Ensure customer delight and uphold DigiGrain brand as a trusted commodity risk manager.

About this position

Job Responsibility

Managing team of Grain managers in implementing various operational protocols as per standard operating procedures of the company in the assigned Cluster;

Deployment of adequate security at operational godowns and monitoring of deployed security in discharging their duties as per SOPs;

Close monitoring of commodity inwards, out wards and timely record updating;

Close monitoring of health of commodities deposited in various warehouses and initiating requisite prophylactic treatments to ensure quality and quantity upkeepment;

Conducting regular and surprise audits at all godowns and update observations in audit module;

Ensure customer delight by close guarding of the stocks as per SOPs of the company and build DigiGrain brand as reliable and trusted commodity risk manager;

Desired Skills

Should be a post graduate preferably an MBA

Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Agri warehousing or any other relevant field

Should possess good written and spoken skills in English, Hindi and local language of the assigned cluster;

Good knowledge of various applications of MS Office is desired;

Should be willing to travel rigorously in the assigned cluster;
