Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai seeks a Valuations Senior Specialist to own IPV, FVA reserves, and Prudential Valuations across bonds, loans, swaps, securitized products, and derivatives. You will report on pricing variance drivers and validate data from multiple sources with Risk, Finance and Trading teams.

Applicants should have exposure to IPV, reserving and pricing models, and strong Excel/VBA with Python advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with IPV, reserving, pricing and modelling in valuation control.
• Strong knowledge of Cashflow and risk measures for fixed income and derivatives.
• Hands-on with data providers: Bloomberg, Reuters, Markit, ISDA/ISMA.
• Proficient in Excel; VBA and Python beneficial.
• Effective communication with control, risk, finance and trading teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform IPV, FVA reserves, valuation hierarchy levelling, and Day1 PnL assessment.
• Compute and review Prudential Valuations for products including bonds, loans, swaps, and derivatives.
• Analyze pricing variance drivers and validate market data from multiple sources.
• Automate manual steps to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional valuation teams and stakeholders to discuss results.
• Create/update supporting documentation (SOP/KOP).

Co-ordinate with CTB to increase efficiency.Develop strong relationships with product control, risk management and quantitative departments on valuation and modeling issues.Ensure controls around processes such as completeness and accuracy, and adherence to key operating procedure.Discuss IPV, FVA reserves, Levelling and Prudential Valuations results with regional Valuation Teams, Desk and other stakeholdersBe involved in Strategic, Tactical/ ad-hoc projects / investigation requests from StakeholdersEnsure proper back-ups are created and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc).
