Job summary

Sunit Vimalchand Jain in Pune is seeking a Property Valuation professional to handle bank-related valuation assignments and high-value properties. The role involves site inspections, report drafting, and close coordination with bank officials and internal teams.

Candidate should have 1–5 years of relevant valuation experience, strong MS Office skills, and a background in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech). Preference for candidates from Pune/PCMC with exposure to bank valuations.

Qualifications

• Experience in land/ building valuation preferred.
• Bank/Property valuation assignments experience advantageous.
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills required.

Role & responsibilities

• - Handling valuation assignments for banks and financial institutions
• - Coordination and communication with Bank Officials / Branch Managers
• - Preparation and drafting of High-Value Property Valuation Reports
• - Handling retail valuation cases and routine bank assignments
• - Conducting site inspections and bank visits as required
• - Valuation of land, residential, commercial and industrial properties
• - Preparation, checking and finalisation of valuation reports
• - Understanding and analysing market rates, comparable transactions, location factors and property documents
• - Maintaining professional coordination with clients, bank officials and internal team

Preferred candidate profile

• - Candidate from Pune/PCMC Area will be preferred.
• - BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• - Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience in property valuation
• - Strong and practical knowledge of Land & Building Valuation
• - Experience in Bank Valuation / Property Valuation assignments preferred
• - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly:

• - Excellent report drafting and documentation skills
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to independently handle assignments and meet deadlines
