Job summary

AAA Valuation Professionals LLP invites an experienced Valuation Manager - Land & Building to join our Delhi head office. You will handle end-to-end valuation assignments for land, residential, commercial, industrial and other real estate assets, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will conduct site inspections, analyze market data, prepare valuations and reports, and coordinate with clients, lenders and field teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of land & building/real estate valuation experience.
• Experience in bank valuation, IBBI/RV assignments, SARFAESI, insolvency valuations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent report writing, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage Land & Building valuation assignments for banks, financial institutions, corporates, insolvency professionals and other clients.
• Carry out site inspections, property measurements, verification and documentation.
• Analyze market transactions, prevailing market rates, development potential and other factors affecting property value.
• Prepare and review professional valuation reports in line with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, legal representatives, field teams and stakeholders.
• Review property documents, approvals, title records and sanctioned plans.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of valuation reports with supporting documentation.
• Handle multiple assignments with quality, accuracy and professional standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field valuers across locations.
• Maintain proper records of assignments, site visits and reports.

We are looking for an experienced and result-orientedValuation Manager - Land & Buildingto join our valuation team at Head Office in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end valuation assignments involvingland, residential, commercial, industrial and other real estate assets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and manageLand & Building valuation assignmentsfor banks, financial institutions, corporates, insolvency professionals and other clients.

• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintainingquality, accuracy and professional standards.
• Coordinate with internal team members and field valuers for execution of assignments across different locations.
• Maintain proper records of assignments, site visits, supporting documents and reports.
• Eligibility & Qualifications: Degree inCivil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
• Relevant professional qualification/certification in valuation will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiencein Land & Building / Real Estate Valuation.
• Candidates with experience inbank valuation, IBBI/RV assignments, SARFAESI, insolvency-related valuations or corporate valuation assignmentswill be preferred.
• Strong knowledge ofreal estate markets, construction costs, property valuation methodologies and market analysis.
• Good report-writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency inMS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
