S. RAY-WEST BENGAL INFRASTRUCTURE ADVISORY SERVICES (SRWINS) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Valuation Analyst to strengthen our Land & Building / Real Estate Valuation team.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate/property valuation.
• Proven ability to analyse property documents, site-collected data and market information with accuracy and attention to detail. Ready to work in a professional environment with experience in handling work pressure.
• Strong practical exposure to the Kolkata real estate market and local market dynamics.
• Ability to independently assess, analyse and reconcile technical and market data.
• Good understanding of property documentation, valuation reports and comparable market evidence.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and analytical skills.
• Good communication and report-writing ability.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate

Compensation

Salary as per industry norms + other benefits, commensurate with experience and suitability.
