Maatrum Technologies is seeking a Valuation Analyst (Fresher) for our Chennai location. You will prepare valuation reports for properties inspected by Site Engineers and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery.

The role demands basic civil engineering knowledge, good Excel skills, and strong communication to manage multiple cases under tight timelines in a professional banking and industry standard workflow.

Qualifications

• Candidates who have completed Civil Engineering / Civil Diploma / ITI Civil can apply.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering or relevant experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
