Job summary

Mohandas & Associates is seeking a qualified candidate to visit sites, verify plans and property documents, and prepare valuation reports. Training will be provided to support accuracy in documenting property dimensions and related records.

Successful applicants will analyze building plans and land use maps, coordinate with clients, and operate digital tools with proficiency in Tamil and English.
