Job summary

Movate Technologies is seeking a Senior UX Designer with 10+ years of experience to lead UX strategy and design for large-scale eCommerce platforms. You will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineers to shape UX across discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX lifecycle from discovery through final design handoff.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, design thinking sessions, and UX strategy discussions.
• Define UX vision aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Design mobile-first commerce experiences including guided shopping, search, comparison tools, and product discovery.
• Drive Search Experience design including autocomplete, search relevance, navigation, search recovery, personalization opportunities, and recommendation journeys.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and UX specifications.
• Lead usability evaluations and translate customer insights into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, Search Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Owners.
• Review and govern design quality across the engagement.
• Mentor junior UX designers and provide design leadership.
• Present UX strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Define reusable UX patterns and promote design consistency through Design Systems.
• Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with over 10 years of experience leading UX strategy and designing enterprise-scale digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in customer experience strategy, discovery workshops, user-centered design, mobile-first commerce experiences, search experience optimization, and design leadership.
