Overview

Senior User Experience Designer based in Bengaluru/Bangalore, reporting to the Director, User Experience. Responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support evolving software application development. May develop user profiles with emphasis on human factors, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses. May produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for products in development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver user experience designs while working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative user experiences for new and extended offerings.
• Own a project or significant product release.
• Formally present design concepts and deliverables to the design team and internal stakeholders; obtain approval to move them forward and drive them to completion.
• Collaborate with more senior designers to gain insight and input on driving projects to completion.
• Participate in internal and external design reviews.
