About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing engaging digital experiences while supporting the company's branding and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, video creation, social media creatives, and marketing collateral. You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, CRM, and IT teams to create visually compelling designs that strengthen our digital presence and brand identity.

This role offers hands-on exposure to digital product design, customer experience, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve user experience and interface design.
• Conduct usability research and implement UX improvements based on user feedback.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly designs.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI components.

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design brochures, flyers, company profiles, presentations, newsletters, standees, banners, hoardings, and other marketing collateral.
• Create logos, brand identities, icons, illustrations, and visual assets.
• Design project launch creatives, event branding, and promotional campaigns.

Social Media, Video & Digital Marketing

• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Create static posts, carousel posts, stories, reels thumbnails, digital advertisements, and website banners.
• Design emailers, WhatsApp creatives, Google Ads, and other digital marketing assets.
• Create and edit promotional videos, reels, motion graphics, and other video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding activities.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to deliver creative assets for ongoing campaigns.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and IT teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, graphic design practices, AI-powered design tools, branding, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

• Must have strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create branding materials and marketing collateral.
• Experience in designing social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
• Ability to create and edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphic design, branding, and video work is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
