Job Title: UI/UX Designer (2–4 years' experience)

Location: Indore

Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. You will design the look, feel, and experience of our web and mobile applications, aiming to create products that are visually appealing, easy to use, and enjoyable for customers. If you also have skills in graphic design (creating visuals, banners, or marketing creatives), that will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs for web and mobile apps.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Design high-quality UI screens with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Conduct basic user testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
• Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and design systems.
• (Bonus) Support with graphic design tasks, such as creating icons, illustrations, or marketing assets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of UX principles like usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into visually clean and functional designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• (Bonus) Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and responsive design.
