Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work is mandatory.
• 2-5 years of professional UI/UX experience.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design responsive websites, dashboards, mobile applications, LMS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, component libraries and style guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA and content writers.
• Perform design QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, accessibility and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards and AI-powered design tools.
