Overview

The UX Team Lead (VR Products) is responsible for leading the design of simple, clear, and effective user experiences inside virtual reality applications. This role involves guiding a UX team while designing intuitive VR interactions and user interfaces that help users move, learn, and complete tasks comfortably and safely in a virtual environment. The UX Team Lead works closely with VR developers, 3D artists, product managers, and subject-matter experts to ensure both UX and UI quality across all VR modules.

The role requires strong hands-on skills in UI design tools such as Adobe XD, with good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for interface and visual asset creation. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is important for reviewing and creating motion UI, transitions, onboarding videos, and in-VR instructional content.

The UX Team Lead conducts usability testing, observes user behavior in VR, and improves designs based on real user feedback, while also maintaining design standards, and ensuring consistency, comfort, and clarity throughout the VR experience.
